Retainer:
I ask for a $100 retainer to hold your ceremony date and time. This must be paid up front before I can guarantee availability for your ceremony.

Custom Package $350.00+:
For the couple who wants a completely personalized wedding ceremony. This includes a custom ceremony script with as many additions as you wish, officiating the ceremony and filing of the marriage license along with as many emails and phone calls as it takes to get your ceremony just how you want it.

Semi-Custom Package $275.00:
For the couple who is seeking a wedding ceremony with a few elements to personalize. Includes unlimited emails and telephone consultations, pre-written ceremony script from Blue Skies Weddings with any four added elements (unity ceremony, choice of vows, readings, etc) from the package of ceremony samples I send you. This also includes officiating the ceremony and filing of the marriage license along with as many emails and phone calls as it takes.

Basic Package $200.00 :
For the couple who is seeking a wedding ceremony with very little personalization. Includes unlimited emails and telephone consultations, pre-written ceremony script from Blue Skies Weddings with any two added elements (unity ceremony, reading, etc) from the package of ceremony samples I send you, officiating the ceremony and filing of the marriage license.

Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Package $175.00:
This package is for those who want to use their own original ceremony or have put one together themselves. Includes unlimited emails and telephone consultations, minor ceremony editing if necessary and officiating the ceremony and filing of the marriage license.

For the couple seeking a simple wedding ceremony with little involvement on their part. Includes unlimited emails and telephone consultations, choice of pre-written ceremony scripts from Blue Skies Weddings, officiating the ceremony and filing of the marriage license.

Elopement Package (Weekend Fri/Sat/Sun) $120.00 :
This package is for ceremonies held during the weekend at or within 5 miles of my location within Delaware County. Ideal for the couple who wants a quick, private wedding ceremony. Ceremony script provided by Blue Skies Weddings, officiating of the ceremony and filing of the marriage license. 6 guest maximum.
This option is available for bookings within two weeks of the ceremony date only.

Renewal of Vows:
Renewing your vows may be for a number of reasons. Maybe it is your anniversary and you want to renew your original vows or write new ones that reflect where your lives are now? Maybe you were married in a remote location or with a quick ceremony without your friends and family present? Whatever your reasons a vow renewal is every bit as special as your original wedding day. Commitment Ceremonies:
A commitment ceremony or Civil Union is the celebration of two people sharing with others the bond between them and their commitment to each other. Commitment ceremonies may be performed for a variety of different reasons.
Please check in your state about the legality of this type of ceremony and if you will need a license. Package prices are the same as wedding ceremonies.

Unique Locations:
If you are looking for a ceremony you can truly call different, you have found the right person!
I will gladly work with you to organize a skydiving, hot air balloon, helicopter or any other style wedding. Please understand though that these things need to also be coordinated with the pilots and due to the extra planning necessary, my regular rates do not apply. Please contact me for more information.

Optional Ceremonies:
There are so many different cultural traditions and unity ceremonies that can be added to a wedding ceremony. Here are just a few examples:
Unity Candle:
The unity candle consists of two taper candles symbolizing the couple as individuals and a pillar candle, that when lit by both tapers at the same time, symbolizes the joining together of two into one. This ceremony can be added to any wedding package.
Unity Sand Ceremony:
This Hawaiian tradition is similar to the Unity Candle in that it is two smaller containers of sand that are poured into one larger container. The individuals are different colors so you can watch them blend together. The couple will never be separated just as the grains of sand can never again be separated.
Rose Ceremony:
This ceremony can be done two ways. One is presenting your mothers (and grandmothers) with a rose as a way of showing appreciation for everything they have done for you. The other is exchanging roses as your first gift to each other as husband and wife.
Glass Breaking:
Typically done in Jewish ceremonies (although can be used by anyone) signifying the end of the ceremony and the time for celebration.
Broom Jumping:
Both Celtic and African tradition this ceremony symbolizes clearing away any negativity with a sweep of the broom and creating a threshold for the couple to cross over into their new life together.
Hand wrapping/hand fasting:
Wrapping of the hands is an ancient Celtic tradition. Because the hands convey the warmth of the heart and the infinity symbol conveys “forever”... the wrapping of your hands also symbolizes the bringing together of your two hearts in a marriage of strength and unity.
Wine Ceremony:
In this unity ceremony the bride pours a white wine while the groom pours a red. This makes a blush wine which can be served at your reception as a reminder of the ceremony. This can also be done by pouring one glass of wine and sharing it together.
Hand Ceremony:
In the hand ceremony, the bride takes the groom's hands in hers, palms up and is invited to view his hands as a gift. Then the same is done by the Groom.
Family Ceremony (to include children):
If there are children to be included in the ceremony there are many ways to do this. The candle and sand ceremonies can be used with kids. We can add an extra set of vows to include a vow to the child and even a vow from the child to the parents. Children can be presented with a medallion or other item. Each family is different and children respond differently depending on what ages they are. There are so many choices here!

Baby Ceremonies:
Whether you want a formal Blessing, Baby Naming, Christening or even an adoption ceremony I would love to help you welcome your new little one into your family. Typically $150

Rehearsal $75:
I would love to to attend or run your rehearsal. A well run rehearsal can be done in 30 to 45 minutes but you have me for an hour.
Please do not book your rehearsal date and time without checking with me first. This needs to be scheduled just like a ceremony or I may already have another commitment. I do prefer rehearsals on weeknights after 6pm but will make exceptions if I am available.
On occasion with people running late or extra run throughs we may go over that time, each half hour beyond the first hour is $25. This can be avoided by having everyone present and ready to go at start time.
Travel fees may apply.

Extra hour $50:
Your officiant will typically arrive 15-30 minutes before your ceremony is scheduled to start and stay for about 15 minutes after the ceremony to wrap things up.
If you would like your officiant to arrive earlier or stay later than usual and offer you peace of mind or if you know you will likely be running late you can book your officiant for an extra hour on your wedding day.

Travel:
We will gladly travel to the location of your choice.
Locations within 5 miles and in Delaware County are no charge. Locations more than 5 miles away will be charged a fee of $1 per mile round trip. All tolls and parking fees also need to be included.
On rare occasions: Ceremonies over 100 miles one way may include a hotel stay if necessary.

Under 2 Week Notification :
We gladly accept last minute ceremonies.
If I have less than two weeks until your ceremony this means working on your ceremony before others already booked and re-arranging things to accomidate you.
$50 for all except for elopement packages

Holiday Ceremonies:
If your ceremony falls on a holiday or a holiday weekend there may be an extra fee of $100. Please call or email for exact dates. This typically includes:

Valentine's Day
Easter
Mother's Day
Memorial Day weekend
4th of July
Labor Day weekend
Halloween
Thanksgiving Weekend
Christmas Eve or Day

Late Start:
There will be an additional $50 per half hour charge if your Officiant needs to wait more than 30 minutes past the scheduled starting time of any ceremony.
The ability to wait more than 30 minutes will be solely at the Officiant's discretion.
No refund will be given if your Officiant is not able to perform the ceremony because of delays.

As a former member of the Air Force (and military wife) I gladly offer discounts to other members of the military as a small way of saying thank you.
Don't worry, it IS a military discount...not a gov't rate!
10% off any ceremony package...don't forget your ID!

Skydiver Discount:
We all know how expensive a sport skydiving is so this helps a little.
10% discount with USPA card (Don't worry, I won't ask to see your log book!)
This is for regular ground ceremonies. If you want to do something in the air, call me and we'll work out the details.

I can accept any type of payment through Paypal, including credit cards. There is a $10 charge to use this service which must be added to your total sent.
**Final payment due by two weeks before the ceremony date.
For short notice ceremonies (2 weeks or less) payment in full, in cash, money order or paypal only. (NO checks)
